Rules and regulations

1. Only one vote per e-mail address
2. You must be 16 years old or older to participate into contest. Voters have no minimum age requirements
3. In order for your vote to be eligible, you must reply to the automatic response e-mail that you will receive
4. Voting start July 9 2007 and ends on September 21st 2007 at 11:59pm EST
5. A total of 50 packages for 4 people to attend Festival Arcadia Montreal or Festival Arcadia Toronto, a value of $200 per package for a total of $10 000 will be awarded as a participating prize for voters.
6. Random draw will be made amongst all voters on September 22 2007 at noon EST.
7. This contest is being held by Telefilm Canada
8. No employees of Telelfilm Canada, Big Blue Bublle, Cerebral Vortex, Mind Habits, Hot Head Games or Arcadia Production can participate in the voting/contest.
